Already know about Forex? Here is a brief outline of how London Sunrise EA works:
The Forex Market trades 24 hours a day.
During the “Asian or Tokyo Session” both the UK and USA are asleep and so trading volume is very low.
This means there is very little volatility in the market. If you look at a chart of currencies during the Asian Session you will find that the price range movement is very low, or the market just moves in a straight line.
Then as Europe, and specifically London, starts to wake up the volume of traders participating in the market starts to increase rapidly. As London wakes up it jolts the sleepy forex market alive and it starts to move! It nearly always moves out of the Asian Session's range very rapidly. These are the extreme moves we will capture!
Here is the proven logic behind London Sunrise EA (the robot does all this automatically for you):
1. London Sunrise EA (LSEA) Determines the characteristics of the range bound Asian Market
2. LSEA Prepares for the London Sunrise and Market Opening with trade orders in place
3. LSEA holds those orders until hit and enters a take profit and Dynamically Calculated Stop Loss, or it will cancel the orders if there is no action.
4. You sit back and watch as London Sunrise EA (LSEA) collects EXTREME PIPS!
This concept is used by professional traders on the FX dealing desks of London's Investment Banks and NO we didn’t invent this system – we just made the EA for it! And it WORKS! …very very well.

Firstly - why are we offering this explanation of the inner workings of our new EA?
Well it is quite simple: We feel that there to too much BS out there! Top Secret EAs made by Ivy League Grads that just don't "work". Well YOU should know exactly how your robot works so that you can understand it.
If you just want the robot to trade for you and not worry about how it works, then fine, but at least the information is here if you need it.

We wanted to start with a quick mention of Fap Turbo. The reason we want to mention this robot is that nearly every forex trader has a copy (yes - including us!) and of course at the time this was a very successful robot based on sound logic.
But do you know how Fap Turbo works?
Well basically Fap Turbo is the OPPOSITE robot to London Sunrise EA (LSEA).
Fap Turbo traded only during the Asian Market Session. This is when Asia, and specifically Tokyo, is awake and Europe and the USA are asleep. Fap Turbo focused on low volatility trading pairs such as EURGPB and EURCHF. These are EUROPEAN currencies and nearly ALL of the trading on these pairs happens when Europe is awake.
Now of course during the Asian Session Europe is asleep, but the Forex Market is still open. What tends to happen is that currency pairs like EURGBP and EURCHF don't really do much! They just sit in a tight range bouncing back and forth.
Fap Turbo took excellent advantage of this - selling at the top of a range and waiting for the price to fall back down, and vice versa.
Fap Turbo would always stop trading before Europe started to wake up, as this was when these currencies pairs would come alive and start to rapidly move out of this range.
This trading system worked fine, until fixed spread brokers started to realise what was happening and put a stop to this trading activity.
Enter London Sunrise EA...
Trading Sessions
A little bit of background about the importance of the 3 major trading sessions:
The image above shows the percentage of trading volume that makes up the Forex Market according to the geographical location / or time zone.
Let me throw some figures at you:
The volume of Forex transactions processed during London trading hours is typically close to 30% of the world’s total daily volume (or about $580 billion US).
New York does a little better than half that, with around 16% ($330 billion US).
And finally, Tokyo typically sees about 10% ($210 billion US).
Of the $3.98 trillion daily global turnover, trading in London accounted for around $1.36 trillion, or 34.1% of the total, making London by far the global center for foreign exchange.
In second and third places respectively, trading in New York accounted for 16.6%, and Tokyo accounted for only 6.0%.
Now how does London Sunrise EA takes advantage of the fact that 30% of the worlds Forex trades are happening in London?
Well London Sunrise EA trades the most volatile currency pairs during this SMALL WINDOW with the BIGGEST PIP MOVES. The MOST volatile pairs at this time are:
• GBP/USD
• GBP/JPY
• GBP/CHF
• GBP/AUD
• GBP/CAD
As part of our detailed statistical analysis we have found the Pound Sterling has two characteristics associated with trade volume that make it perfect for our Expert Advisor to take advantage of:
1. The Pound Sterling is traded at LOW volume during the Tokyo session.
2. The Pound Sterling is traded at EXTREMELY HIGH volume during the London session.
So…to Sum it up so far.
1. The Pound Sterling is extremely volatile against other major currencies.
2. The London Forex market has the highest trading volume of all the major Forex markets, while Tokyo has the lowest.
3. The Pound Sterling is hardly traded at all during the Tokyo session, while it is indeed traded heavily during London’s.
4. The Tokyo market gives way to the London market between 7 and 8 am GMT. At that precise time, the Forex markets experience a rapid acceleration.
This factor, combined with the previous three, makes a momentum breakout of the GBP-crosses highly likely.

Those are the foundations upon which the London Sunrise EA has been built.
Specific Time Frame
We aim for those first two hours as the Tokyo market gives way to London. That means that we’re going to be interested exclusively in taking trades during those two hours.
The London market opens at 7 am GMT. It’s important to understand that the success of the London Sunrise EA depends on momentum breakouts.
If there’s no momentum in the market this EA will not make a Trade.
Because of this, we will only consider the possibility of entering trades during the first two hours of the London session. That means that if the price hasn’t broken out of the Tokyo range within the first two hours, we might be facing a quiet trading day.
That’s okay, because these are precisely the type of market conditions we hope to avoid.
The Expert Advisor will be waiting for the time when the market conditions are right, and then and only then will it pounce.
In a Nutshell:
"London Sunrise EA trades the most volatile currency crosses (meaning GBP-pairs), right as the market goes through its most dynamic, accelerating period (the London market’s first few hours).
